Our villa is located on Clear Creek, on Highway 27 and is only 1 mile drive to the numerous shops, restaurants and supermarkets of Highway 192.

We are situated just 10 minutes drive from Disney World and a 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport - with Sanford Airport also within easy travelling distance.

We are near to many State parks and reserves where you can take in the wonder of natural Florida by walking, canoeing and mountain  biking - or even roller blading. Picnic areas abound, you may even see a Manatee. 

Whether you want Disney fun or natural beauty our home is ideally situated to make your Florida stay a truly memorable one.

Our friendly and professional management company will be pleased to assist you during your stay at our villa.You will be able to rent additional items from them, for a small charge, this would include Cots, Highchairs and BBQs etc. They can be contacted during US Florida office hours, or 24hrs in an emergency.

Upon your arrival you will be required to pay a £200 ($370) security deposit. This will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, upon confirmation of no damage (other than normal wear and tear)

Pool heat (Optional - but recommended) is available at an additional cost. This should be booked prior to departure to ensure that the pool is ready to use upon your arrival.

In addition there is a Winn Dixie supermarket, Post Office and Gas Station nearby on the 27. A brand new Wal-Mart Hypermarket has just opened near to the Winn Dixie.

Numerous Golf courses can be found within close proximity of our villa including Legends, Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate and of course all the courses situated at Disney.
